"Room was very clean and met high level American standards. I loved the balcony and the view of the Acropolis from the room was great! The restaurant on the 10th floor was fabulous for dinner, drinks, and breakfast-- to include fantastic views of the Acropolis. The hotel was located ideally in the Athens City Center and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and many other attractions. Highly recommended and I'd stay again!"

"The Athens Gate is a great hotel - the room itself was great, the property was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend if you are interested in exploring Athens during your stay - everything we wanted to see during our time there was in walking distance from the hotel. So many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. was nearby."

"Good clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast range of options good, however staff at hot food counter not very friendly and it took up to 10mins to refill finished items e.g. baked beans. Rooftop pool is nice with a great view of the acropolis, however sun loungers are limited. A few things weren't working correctly e.g. safe, shower water not draining, however these were addressed on the same day of reporting."
