"AC didn't work in our room. Also, was black soot coming from the AC vent in our room, we called and asked them to fix it, all they did was change the sheets. Had to go down to the lobby and ask for a different room. Only rooms they had available were downgrades from what we booked. We took one because it was better option than sleeping and waking up to soot all over us."

The building needs foundation work as the flooring in our room has caulk to disguise the cracks. Also the valet wait was unbearable- often there was only one guy working. When we arrived the first room they gave us had not been cleaned from the prior occupants. "
