ダブルブッキングで勝手に部屋を変えられた

予約した部屋がダブルブッキングで泊まれませんでした 私が予約した女性専用ドミトリーに、後からファミリールームとして複数名での予約が入り、貸切で使うために何の連絡もなく部屋を変えられてたようです。 必要な条件を全く満たさない部屋から、一部満たさない部屋への変更を打診され、仕方なく納得しましたが、苦痛をしいられました。 オーナーからは何の謝罪もありません。 口コミ評価も良い日本人経営の宿でしたが、仲良しグループの馴れ合いなだけですね。 とはいえ、今回は事情があってドミトリー選びに条件があったのですが、特に事情がない時なら問題ないです。 朝食は選べて良いですが、かなりしょっぱかったです。 また、部屋の設備にトラブルがあり、部屋から出ていないといけない時間があったりとなかなか散々な滞在でした。

残念な点はお部屋にゴキブリの死骸が数匹。 バスマットなどは汚れていました。 スタッフの方々は凄く親切です。 朝ご飯も日本食などがあり良かったです。 建物の老朽化は仕方がないことだと思います。 清潔面さえ問題なければ問題ないと思います。 ゆっくり滞在出来ました。 ありがとうございます。

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. We unfortunately booked the beautiful family room with a private bathroom , and it was double booked so they split up our family into 2 separate rooms with 2 twin beds with a shared bathroom . We were disappointing but accidents do happen I suppose. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the mix-up. The breakfast was fantastic -- made to order and loads of options to choose from and cooked very well. The pool wasn't terribly inviting, but the grounds were very cute. The wifi worked very well.

That’s my really first time to feel ....... terrible of the roommate . I didn’t sleep well every night . I am very sad about that would be a Japanese roommate .... so noisy and trouble and make me and the other roommate can not sleep . I am upset that is Japanese . In my mind all the Japanese is very good but .. anyway , this is owned by and Japanese and he is very nice and helped me a lot even I was advised the comment at Expedia at first night . I feel sorry about that. And then all the staff is very very nice , I love to stay with you guys , i feel like a family , I love the food, i are breakfast and dinner at this guess house and super yummy ! Much thanks to all of you guys . I would be back !!!

朝食がおいしく、設備が清潔な日本人街にあるホステル

日本人経営のホステルという事でしたが、私が訪れたのはGW中だったからか、日本人の方にお会いすることはありませんでした。しかし、フィリピン人のスタッフの方々は親切で気さくであったため、何不自由なく楽しく過ごすことができました。朝食のバリエーションが豊富で、日本食、フィリピン食、欧米食から選ぶことができ、長期滞在する方も飽きないのではないかと思われました。 若干気になったのは、ベッドに蟻が侵入してくるところです。それ以外については、部屋の寝心地も良かったです。

まず場所がASフォーチューナで安全！また分かりやすい！ そしてオーナーが日本人ですが、他にも日本語が堪能なスタッフがおりますので何かあった時には色々お世話になりました。 またご飯が本当に美味しくて朝ご飯が楽しみでした オーナーに相談すれば色々良くしてくれます 英語が苦手な私でしたが一人旅でセブ島を満喫出来ました！たかしさんありがとう(笑)

싼 게스트하우스라 별 기대 안했었는데 정말 좋았어요! 시설도 깨끗하고 인테리어도 이뻤어요. 숙박비 아끼시려면 노도카 강추합니다!! 가성비 정말 짱이에요 또, 바로 앞에 식당이랑 카페, 편의점이 밀집되어 있어서 편리했어요. 조금만 가면 한인식당들도 많있답니다. 좋았어요!~

日本語つうじます、色々便利、たぶん日本人の方が経営されてるホテルです。

場所がわかり難いですね、近くにいるのタクシーにきいてもなかなかわかりませんでした、 BaniladのJollibeeを目印にしたほうが良いと思います、Jollibeeの斜め前に大きな看板があります、 その奥に入ったところにあります。 たぶん日本人が経営されてるのだ思います、日本語が完全につうじるので色々便利だと思います、 部屋も小奇麗で値段にしては十分満足できるものだと思います、パーソナルWiHi使えます、 ちょっと高めですがすぐ近くに日本食レストラン（食堂みたいな）あります、なかなかいけます。

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフばかりで良いです。 シティは勿論、マクタン島に行くにも便利な位置にあります。 通りをはさんで目の前には、モールがあるので、空港からは「A.S Fortunate St. New Jollibee」と言うとタクシードライバーもすぐに場所を理解します。

静かなホテル

ドミトリータイプに５泊しました。 時期が良かったのか、同室の宿泊者は少なくほぼ貸切でした。 部屋にはエアコンもあり、清潔感も値段以上のものを感じられました。 ゲストハウスとありますが、宿泊者同士や従業員との必要以上の交流はなく、マイペースに時間を過ごせました。 とても良かったことは無料の朝食が美味しかったことです。 洋食、和食、フィリピンタイプからそれぞれ３タイプ選べるのですが、初日に選んだスクランブルエッグとフレンチトースト、ベーコンが美味しく、毎日選んで食べていました。 ジロウという黒いラブラドールが優雅にロビーや庭をうろついていますが、このホテル同様、馴れ馴れしくなく自分の時間を楽しんでいるようでした。 リゾートではないですが、ここに泊まるだけでも十分にリラックスした休暇を楽しめます。
