"Big win if you provided a complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby. Most people do not brew their coffee in their room. The coffee tray in the room that holds the cups, cream and sugar is never clean. When people travel, they do not want to be bothered with making coffee. Plus, many things taste better when someone else prepares it."

"The rooftop pool was great! We also liked the breakfast buffet. The air conditioning units needed some attention. We had to move rooms once because it quit working. Once moved, the unit still sounded terrible but it did work! Overall though it was a very nice hotel and very clean."
