Charming place in the Tuscan hills near Saturnia. We stayed a a family of four and found it convenient for days trips to various locations in the area. The host was lovely and friendly to our whole family.

This place is perfect for Tuscany vibe. It is super cute and clean. The ambiance is very relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience true Tuscany vibe. Sephanie made the experience 10 times better with her sweet personality and smile. She made us feel welcome and treated us like family:)

Our favourite stay in Italy!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at B&B Borga Vera! The property was absolutely beautiful! There was lots of private places to sit and enjoy the scenery and a glass of wine. It felt like we had the whole property to ourselves! The pool was beautiful; the room was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious. It was a 15 minute drive to town for restaurants and the area was beautiful to drive around and explore. We visited a winery and the hot springs while we were in the area as well. Stefania was a gracious, warm, welcoming host, she gave us advice on wineries and was always available for whatever we needed. Stefania also made us a delicious tomato omelette for $10 euro for two. We would love to come back and stay here again! This was our favourite stay in Italy so far!

Beautiful Tuscan Oasis

B&B Borgo Vera is a sweet country home secluded in the fields of Tuscany. The host, Stefania, is incredibly joyful, warm, and accommodating... laughing, offering recommendations, and reminding us to slow down and smell the rosemary. The property is rustic and beautiful, with a wonderful swimming pool with a newly refinished bottom. It's a few miles down an unpaved road, and although it's a rocky road, it's worth it to arrive to such a peaceful and quiet place where the birds are the loudest sound you'll hear. In the morning, breakfast (for a small extra fee) was served starting at 8:30am. The cappuccinos were delicious and breakfast was just fine. There are sweet cats who live at this country inn who nap in the sun. The closest town is Manciano (less than 15 mins drive,) a very quaint hilltop medieval village, where we had our most authentic meal in Tuscany at La Imperiale (a Stefania recc.) We ran into a barrel rolling competition while returning to our car! The next day we went to the public hot springs (thermal baths) in Saturnia (Cascate del Mulino) which was only 30 mins by car and a super memorable and relaxing experience.

The B&B Borgo Vera was absolutely the perfect relaxation spot in Tuscany! An hour and a half drive from Rome. Easy found using Google maps. The roads for most of the drive were fine. A little rough the stretch to the B& B Borgo Vera but worth the drive. The hospitality and charm at Borgo Vera is worth it! A very clean, quiet and rustic atmosphere. Fresh air, beautiful rolling hills and the countryside of Tuscany surround you. The best breakfast made available to you if wanted and very reasonable. Our stay was for four nights, we took advantage of breakfast our entire stay. All I can stay is delicious! Our host was very helpful offering suggestions for dinning in the nearest town of Manciano. A quant town near by. We were advised to make reservations. Our host suggested many great dinning areas. Very easy to tour around small towns of interest, wineries and the hot springs. If you’re looking for the perfect relaxation amongst Tuscany look up this gem to stay. You will not be disappointed! Thank you again Stephanie our stay at the Borgo Vera was a perfect one for our vacation.

The property was beautiful, the rooms were very clean and pretty, the breakfast we payed for was simple but good and was brought directly to our room. There is plenty of parking onsite. My only issue was getting to the property. The conditions of some of the roads are dirt roads with big pot holes.

Bellissima Location in oasi collinare, camere rurali ma dotate di ogni comfort e molto pulite, piscina sempre a disposizione senza orari, salottini immersi nel verde e tanto altro. Una grande pianta di Fico carica di tanta "energia positiva" sovrasta l'intera aia. La titolare, Stefania, è una persona premurosa e gentilissima. Unico neo, il tratto di strada bianca per arrivarci che ci obbligherà a lavare l'auto. Ma fa parte anche quello del contesto.

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, en pleine campagne autour de paysages magnifiques. Notre hôte, Stefania est d'une grande gentillesse, au petit soin pour nous et de bon conseils pour la découverte de la région (et tout ça, en français 😊) Nous avons logé dans une chambre indépendante de la maison, c'était super ! Cependant, il faut savoir que le B&B n'est pas facile d'accès après 2km de chemin de cailloux a rouler a 20km. Si nous avions anticipé, n'aurions acheté de quoi faire un barbecue sur place (petit frigo dans la chambre et barbecue a dispo dans le jardin) Proche des thermes de Saturnia, qui est absolument a découvrir si vous passez dans cette région

Otimos dias de passeio e descanso.

Foi muito agradável nossa estadia no Borgo Vera, o local é lindo, o quarto muito espaçoso, bem decorado, limpo, e as camas super confortaveis. Alem disso, fomos recebidos com muito carinho. Foi muito relaxante passar uns dias por lá, ideal para um descanso após dias corridos em Roma. O Borgo é muito aconchegante, com gramados e flores, espaços para tomar um vinho e curtir o anoitecer. E uma piscina para se refrescar no verão. A localização foi otima para visitarmos locais indicados na região, como a cascara de Saturnia.
