"Excellent location for exploring Manchester. Easy walking distance of spinning fields, AO arena, Arndale and picadilly station. Apartment was clean and had good facilities with 2 bathrooms washing machine iron hair dryer and dishwasher. Booked 2 bedroom and both were very comfortable with room to hang clothes and drawers. Would definitely stay again. Thanks "

"This is an incredibly special and beautiful hotel to stay in Manchester, central and with big spacious rooms. The building is magical and the dining/breakfast/bar space is very beautiful. We were very well treated and felt at home here. The only issue I would point out is that the breakfast should be included in the price, as is the norm in Europe. "

"Lovely apartment with everything needed, water and milk in fridge and even a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Only down side was 2 double beds with no option of twins but happily provided more bedding for one of our teenagers to bunk on the sofa. So close to town and more than happy to hold our bags on arrival and departure. Actually turned up at 10 and said they would call when the room was ready and got a call in less than 5mins. Lovely spacious apartments woild definitely book...

"Excellent customer service and staff. Amenities in the room a little on the bare side. I had two shampoos, no body wash and literally nothing else in the bathroom. For a 4 star I would have expected a cotton bud. Hence the 4 star review. "

"The hotel is generally very good and the staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are also comfortable though could do with some attention. The base of the bed was ripped. chunks out of the wall etc. Nothing that can't be fixed but slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay."
