"The entire experience was terrible. The staff were cold and uninviting. The hallways and elevators were discustingly dirty. The hotel had a terrible smell of mildew and mold. Our room was not ready when we got there after normal checkmin time. The "free breakfast" was cereal and a granola bar. Ice machines broken. Previous guests hair in our jetted tub gross. Unseatable couch. Over all experience was terrible. If there wasn't a tournament going on we would have found another place to stay. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!"
