"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."

"Had a lovely stay here. Staff was super kind, helpful and we had everything we could need. For 5sol per person, you can get a simple breakfast served on the 5th floor, there you can also socialize and play board games in your free time."

Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left.
