I tried to reach out to the hotel to request an airport service, but did not get any response from the hotel. ..."

Completely closed.

"There was no stay. The place was closed, and there was no warning. Because the cabins are isolated, my wife and I had to walk in the dark to the next village hauling our luggage through the sand, and find another place to stay. It took a lot of effort to get a human being at Hotels.com All support ..."
