Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent.

Below Expectations Overall
The room was acceptable, though quite small. The shower was disappointing—the water drained very slowly and was only warm, never properly hot. The lobby was crowded at all times, which made it feel hectic rather than welcoming.
Staff knowledge was inconsistent, especially regarding the club or lounge area. Some staff members said it didn’t exist, while others directed us to the Orilia restaurant, which was confusing.
Breakfast was below average, and each morning our clothes smelled strongly of oil and cooking due to poor ventilation. The spa itself was fine, but the oil used during the treatment had an unpleasant odor that lingered on my clothes even after I changed.
I also emailed the hotel requesting my booking confirmation number and never received a response, which was disappointing.

Hôtel très proche autoroute. Chambre petite et peu Confortable. Au vu du prix ça ne va pas du tout on se serait attendu à une expérience un minimum luxueuse.
