"Front desk people were great. Made an appointment for COVID for me. Printed results for me so I could cross the Causeway back to Saudi. Only bad point was room service was terrible. Had to go to Caucina restaurant for dinner because room service would not answer. Next day I waited 30 minutes for a bucket of Ice."

"In a word, disgusting. Booked the hotel because all others booked up for F1 weekend. No hot water, no WiFi, dirty, flat batteries in TV remote, could not regulate AC, staff could only apologize and offer no solutions. Will not ever stay here again"

"Horrific night. Some crazy dude dressed up like locals at 4:50am started kicking and knocking on my door- Not once but for about 5 minutes.
