"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "

"Property is at a very good location. Hadimba temple and mall road and old manali is at walking distance. The view from the room balconies and terrace is good. Breakfast also has sufficient options and all of them tastes great.
One issue was with cleanliness. The chairs on terrace/balconies etc was dusty. Even the furniture in the room was not appropriately clean.
Another issue was with basic amenities such as hot water/geyser, hair dryer and heater. Hair dryer was limited in number and was...

"Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali.
Will visit again and stay longer next time. Until then, goodbye and thanks to the team for being so hospitable and for keeping us travellers warm on chilly nights with the late evening bonfires."
