La posizione direttamente sul mare , ottimale! Pulizia ed igiene soprattutto nella sala da pranzo non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, e forse neanche di un 3!!

La struttura è fronte mare, uno spettacolo, completa di tutto per rilassarsi. C'è da dire che da quest'anno (2019) hanno creato più aree Vip che nel Vs. sito non risultano limitando molto l'offerta che ci si aspetta da un albergo 4 stelle allinclusive. Un peccato. Sarà per la dimensione della struttura o per la maleducazione degli ospiti ma il personale fatica a tenere tutto pulito. Buon punto di partenza per chi vuole esplorare l'isola.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. 4 pools. One of which was huge. Entertainment staff were great, and you could join in if you wanted without feeling pressurised. Rooms were modern and clean. Right on the coast. Nice walk on the promenade to the beautiful beach domingos.

Lo mejor del hotel, es el personal sobre todo el personal de animación es excelente, y también las calas de alrededory las vistas al mar. El todo incluido de bebidas con alcohol hasta las 23.00. La comida bastante bien pero mejorable. Lo peor la limpieza de la vajilla platos y vasos sucios mal lavados por el lavavajillas. Y lo otro negativo es el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, desde el primer dia debajo de las cámas hay polvo y pelusillas porque nunca se limpio ahi..... Y bueno la limpieza en general de la habitación no es buena, la bañera la tuvimos que limpiar nosotros también al llegar, un dia se llevaron el gel y no se acordaron de traerlo, y otro dia se olvidaron de hacernos la habitación y cambiar las toallas.... Llegamos a la noche de pasear y ya solo pedimos las toallas para ducharnos. Pese a lo negativo, volvería al hotel por su personal, sobre todo de animación, las vistas al mar espectaculares y su situación ya que mi intención era ir a calas y playas con peces para hacer esnorquel, ya que si vas por fiesta, queda a una hora de Palma, Magaluf etc. Muchas gracias, por hacer grata nuestra estancia desde el 10/7/2018-19/07/2018

Housekeeping couldn't get rid of the poo

Sent a group email for 27 ,requesting low level because of Vertigo, sea view quiet, was given ground floor above disco no view with a poo in toilet. No entertainment Thurs Frid because hotel was closing Sunday no cleaners from day to night around pool & only one barman with a long queue

Nice hotel

4 starts hotel. Nice view from the pool, good food, very small beach(10 min walk) and a lot of people. Nothing to see in the town. Nice personal.

Excellent sea views

Fabulous location right on the coast. Opposite hotel is a shopping complex, mostly gifts and bars but useful. Hotel was very clean, quiet areas and full on pool party areas if that's your things. Beds weren't the comfiest but otherwise rooms are nice. Only let down was the food. Mostly Luke warm and not particularly appetising most of the time. Plenty of self service drinks around.

So close to train

Cheap small room which is what i booked. Very warm and no proper window as rooms all face an opening not outside Noisy due to fair type rides next to hotel Bit of an unsafe area late at night but so close to main station Helpful staff

Et fantastisk hotel med åbenlyse dumme fejl

Vi har fra en 8. til den 13. maj besøgt dette hotel. Vi syntes det er et fantastisk sted med en unik beliggenhed. Det er et hotel for alle.. Desværre trak restaurantens renlighed, service og udformning den samlede bedømmelse meget ned. 1. Borde var var ikke tørret af, så der lå stadig brødkrummer på bordene. 2. Dækservietter, som i plast, var i en sådan kvalitet, at de ikke kunne rengøres. 3. Der var ingen vinglas. 3. Buffet placeringen i lokalet lå meget langt fra hinanden. 4. Det virkede ikke til at der var opsyn med restauranten. 5. Gulvklude blev brugt til at tørre bordene af med :-(

Hotel Tres estrellas en vez de Cuatro.

Es un hotel que se aprecia el parcheado de las reformas. Las piscinas cerca de la orilla están sucias por el mal filtrado de la instalación. El todo incluido incluye una oferta poco interesante. El servicio bueno pero escaso. La encargada de recepción nada simpática.. No volveré existiendo más alternativa y mejores.

vacanciers déçus

Pas un véritable all inclusive on ne peut que consommer 2 verres par service. Pas assez de personnel, au snack, qui n'est pas bien fourni. Boisson trop chimique. A l heure des crêpes on peut faire 20mn de queue et s’entendre dire que c'est fini et que la pause est méritée...Donc une attente en vain. Pas de toilette vers la piscine du bas. L'heure c'est l heure à 10h pile, les machines à café sont stoppés ainsi que les autres même si il y a encore des clients surtout qu'on ne peut pas se rabattre sur le snack qui n'est pas mis en activité à la suite. Nous avons fait des séjours dans des hôtels ayant une meilleure activité de services et de boisson.

Meget fint hotel!

Virkelig god service fra hotellets personale. Pæne rene værelser (lidt trangt med ekstra opredning). Smuk udsigt til havsiden, - også fra de små pools og baren ved legepladsen). Maden varieret og godt tilberedt (ofte lang kø). Fine snacks (fx hjemmelavede vafler og crepes i poolbaren hver eftermiddag). Altid ledige solsenge v poolen. Støjende (hvis man ikk er til vandpolo og høj musik) underholdning v poolen et par timer hver dag. Vi besøgte vandlandet i s'Arenal - superfint og nemt at finde (27 euro for en dag hvis over 140 cm). Man må gerne selv medbringe mad (det de sælger er junk af dårlig kvalitet, men til gengæld er det dyrt...) Besøgte Porto Cristo - lille hyggelig by m havn og fin strand. Husk at betale for parkering ;) - der er ret dårligt skiltet med det, men automater rundt omkring, hvor man trækker billet.

El hotel es antiguo pero se nota que está reformado hace poco tiempo. La habitación muy cómoda y unas vistas preciosas. La comida en general muy buena aunque no había mucha variedad. Las zonas comunes bien, hay como dos zonas , una con una piscina enorme , que tiene el bar justo al lado y luego otra zona mucho más tranquila con dos piscinas que dan justo al acantilado,esta zona es preciosa! pero el bar que está cerca no sirve muchas bebidas. El horario del todo incluido muy limitado pero bastante completo. En general el hotel nos gustó bastante.

Nice views - horrible beds

I went to Maria Eugenia for 5 nights alone. Nice neighborhood, nice area, beautiful views! But bad food, horrible beds and staff didn't speak English - really hard to communicate... I'd love to visit the area again, but not the hotel.

Great Location

We had a 5 night stay at the Hotel, the food was fine; always something you could find to eat, the hotel was very clean and the staff in all areas worked extremely hard and were always pleasant. The location was beautiful, we asked for a sea-view room and the view was stunning. The resort is low key which was just what we wanted, the hotel had many european guests which we liked as this added to the low-key atmosphere.

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no podian alojarnos, a pesar de nuestra reserva, porque el hotel estaba lleno.Nos mandaban a un hotel en Cala Dor. Cuando pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones todo se solucionó y nos dieron una habitación frente al mar. Fue maravilloso ver el amanecer en el mar desde nuestra cama. Lo pasamos muy bien a pesar de no tener un buen comienzo.

nécessité de renover les huisseries des chambres,manque d'isolation phonique,le service est irréprochable, l'hygiène des cuisines est à revoir surtout du côté non voyant des vacanciers.Le mobilier de la salle à manger est aussi à revoir: propreté des sièges,des chariots de débarrassages...pour le reste vue imprenable du côté mer et personnel très agréable , il nécessiterait plus de respect des vacanciers....
