Struttura nel complesso confortevole, camere spazziose e pulite. Set di cortesia completo di tutto. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato una shopping bag come regalo di banvenuto. Piscina attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni ma, non sono inclusi i teli mare. Spiaggia più vicina a circa 300 mt attrezzata anch'essa con lettini, ombrelloni e bar. Servizi della spiaggia a pagamento (13,40 €, due lettini e un ambrellone tutta la giornata). Cibo nella formula all inclusive non di alta qualità ma con ampia scelta. Camere non insonorizzate, si sentono rumori provenire dai corridoi e dalle stanze adiacenti.

Jai aime la proprete de letablissement. L'hotel est situe sur une petite sation balneaire avec plein de magasin autour. la piscine est bien mais fraiche au moin de mai il ne la chauffe pas . La crique est magnifique .le self est top, la nourriture est bonne.

Modernes hübsches Hotel

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, toller Service mit Nähe zum schönen Strand Playa Domingos. Nichts für Ballermann Touris sondern eher für Familien. Leider waren wir wohl die einzigen deutschen im Hotel. Amtssprache war Französisch, leider auch die komplette Animation. Daher haben wir leider nicht ein Wort verstanden. Hätten uns wenigstens einen gesunden mix mit zumindest englischer Sprache gewünscht. Mit dem Essen hätte man sich Mühe gegeben. Es war sehr nett angerichtet jedesmal, bloß etwas fad aber man konnte mit Salz und Pfeffer nachwürzen. Das Zentrum Cales de Mallorca läd zum shoppen ein. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Brilliant holiday!!

Absolutely brilliant holiday. The hotel was great, particularly considering the price. The rooms are newly refurbed (I recommend getting a pool view because it faces the beach). Staff are so helpful. The all inclusive is very generous. The only downside for me was the buffet dinner on the evening, the food was often undercooked and cold so we decided to use the snack bar for dinner time instead where you can choose from burgers, pasta, pizza etc. Overall an amazing holiday close to a golden beach. Would definitely recommend.

Muy satisfecho

Hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el hotel, por encima de lo que esperábamos cuando lo reservamos. La habitación muy espaciosa, para 2 adultos y dos niños. La zona muy buena, playas preciosas y una zona comercial muy grande. Ell único pero es que la mayoría eran extranjeros, pero no hubo ningún problema por ello. Un lugar que no nos importaría repetir.

Clean hotel close to the beach.

Last year we went to the Globales America a few minutes away but couldn't get a room this time due to the school holidays and leaving it a little late. As Samao was very close, part of the same chain (and £400 cheaper for the week) we thought we'd give it a go. The hotel had much smaller rooms than the at the America and didn't come with a fridge, despite requesting one for my toddler as he still wakes up for milk. I asked to swap rooms but there were none available. The food and drinks were plentiful and there was plenty of choice with regards main meals. The waste and greed of some of the guests was quite upsetting to see but I imagine quite common with All Inclusives & staff remained polite. Samao was more accessible than America with fewer steps making it easier for pushchairs and wheelchairs. For my toddler, the mini-disco in the evening was as much a success as last time (although it required constant vigilance as the kids were on the stage which had a sizeable drop onto concrete) and the kids' pool was in the sunshine so warmed up quickly. There was a mini-club but this required an extra charge and meant leaving your kid with the entertainment team. The America had more activities during the day which parents could supervise at. The beach was a short walk away and very clean and picturesque and there are other coves around the island if you want to explore. Overall, it was decent but we wish we'd been able to get to the Globales America again.

Rigtig Godt hotel til prisen og god mad i buffet. I restauranten er der dog meget støjende grundet indretning og pool området kan føles lidt for lille når hotel er maks booket.

Dejligt hotel med flinkt personale

Hotellet var dejligt. Personalet superflinke. Deres wifi var ELENDIG så lad endelig være med at investere i det. Man kan få 1/2 time gratis pr dag og når det virker er det fino. Poolområdet var dejligt med masser af liggestole til alle. Poolen var dog for kold Tager gerne derned igen.
