"Basic 3 star hotel. But expensive for that hotel "

"The General Manager Mr.Saravanan puts in enormous time and efforts to truly service all necessary requirements for my family and I during our stay. He is warm, extremely helpful and friendly. All his staffs in the front office and housekeeping compliments Saravanan’s attitude to providing services most sincerely which creates a pleasurable environment. Not to mention the hotel is so clean and elegant. My family and I really had a lovely stay at Blossoms. I can recommend this hotel to anyone...

"From outside, you won't think that it is a big hotel...but the rooms are very nice and pretty clean. Staff is very humble ...and the best part ...Excellent food delivered right to your door from 'Banana Leaf' Restaurant. I recommend Hotel Deepam."

"rooms were super tiny and there is no restaurant near by very inconvenient, rooms.were worth 10$ and i was charged 37$ for it.like to get some.money back on this property, worst rooms evrr stayed"

"Not clean bathroom and our room, frige not working, when calling staff for they asked to call different number and they say will come and they never did. We didnt eat their breakfast as we knew the standard. When i asked the staff wanted t o see the manager they said ne was not there this happened few times. Staff were acting really strange. I mentioned on 1st day fridge not working they said its working i put my medicine and after 10 hours its gone bad as f r ide not working "

"I ordered room with breakfast, hotel staff denied such request, hotels.com showed breakfast included at the time of booking and charged accordingly, on top of that, there is no contact number provided to contact in such cases to clarify...complete goof up...."
