"Main building and rooms are outdated. Carpet is very dirty in hallways, and rooms have a muggy smell. It was nice outside so took advantage of the rest of the hotel's amenities like the firepits at night, and the gameroom. Understaffed so long wait for anything, but friendly staff."

"The actual living quarters were nice although it was quite warm and the portable air was a bit noisy. The exterior area and the restaurants in the immediate area were great. The only real complaint was that we were not aware of a very major trail race that was being staged on premises and they just took over all of the outdoor space and were on loud speakers from 7AM and you could even hear them from the rooms. Even with that major distraction we still had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this facility."

"Pros: *Excellent 21 person Jacuzzi! I'd almost come back just for this! *Hot Breakfast - different everyday; Biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, potato or hash browns, scrambled eggs, 2 waffle irons, fresh bagels, English muffins, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt. 24 hour coffee in reception *Walking distance to several restaurants *Free covered parking garage *great water pressure in shower *close to free public trams and the village Cons: *Older fixtures - broken toilet handle never got fixed. And too close to bathtub *No daily room service unless you ask *Small thin towels in shower and pool/spa *Mattress was a bit too firm *Way too many Pedestal Fans (3 in the room - No A/C, but we did use 1 fan), plus a portable radient heater in closet"
