Room was in great condition, however housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, staff has really bad customer service ( some were rude, some just lazy) didn’t offer help carrying our luggage, ski concierge drop our skis and didn’t even apologize, waiter drop a pizza on the table and left ...
