"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettleโฆ.. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twiceโฆ. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!!
The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room.

"Bad points : no towel rack or hangers in the bathroom; bed sheets were seemingly clean but had a grainy feel; there were bed bugs leaving us itchy all over; early check out (10am) despite 2 pm check in; no free breakfast;

Overall: not recommendable; definitely not worth the money i paid for"

"The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. "The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens.
There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised.
Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. "
