Mambaling Trips (flight + hotel)

Lovely new place, spotless, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning leaking when we arrived and we asked for it to be fixed. Returned to the room after our meal and the room was under water from the airport conditioner. Complained again and it was cleared up. It continued to leak throughout the night and had accumulated more water on the floor. This was obviously dangerous making your way to the toilet during the night. The staff were very pleasant but to keep saying sorry is not good enough.

Staff was great and the room was comfortable. Hotel was completely booked which slowed down everything from elevators, restaurant service, to room service.

We return to this hotel every single year because the location is unbeatable for its convenience to the International Airport. The Highlights * The Food: Breakfast is easily the highlight of the stay! The buffet is a delicious showcase of authentic Filipino cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients. * The Hospitality: It’s rare to find a place that balances modern style with such genuine, heartfelt hospitality. The Verdict: This has become our go-to annual stay. For a seamless blend of convenience and charm, I can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back!
