"Kudos to the staff for their excellent customer service! Just a heads up — the property is located in the Highlands of Camiguin, true to its name, and is surrounded by nature and forest scenery. Because of its secluded location, the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, which may appeal to guests looking for a more remote and tranquil stay. For us personally, the setting felt a little too isolated and had an old, rustic charm that wasn’t quite our preference. The entrance and overall ambiance gave off a vintage mansion vibe, which some guests may actually find unique and charming. It’s not a bad hotel at all — it just wasn’t the right fit for our taste."

"If you are looking for a place to disconnect, this is the perfect place for you! The location is a dead spot! Can be a blessing and a curse at the same time. Something you need to consider when booking. However, we didn't mind it because they have wifi. The place feels very homy, the staff were all very nice and friendly - the cliff side has stairs you can go down and have a swim. Very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend. "
