"Was a lovey place and the pool was nice but could use new sun loungers. We paid for a queen room with pool view but was put in a family room, 3 single beds, then when asked was only moved to a double (without pool view). Breakfast selection was toast with toppings and cereal, a coffee machine and juices also. It states free toiletries upon booking, but they do not supply or have any at the hotel. It is a nice hotel, amazing staff, very peaceful and quite. We would return again."

"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it"

"Food was lovely, staff were friendly (except one member of staff in the Ombré restaurant) hotel was very clean, shops in the hotel are a rip off, gym was small. The Sabi pool area and restaurant across the road was brilliant! Kids pool and infinity pool was really good, didn’t get to see the adults only area as the kids were attached to us (unfortunately we’re not blessed with grandparents)"

"This was absolutely one of the best hotels/apartments that we have stayed in. Self check-in was SUPER easy, the host met us at the property to provide some logistical information and a complimentary bottle of wine. When ever we needed anything, they were only a WhatsApp call/message away. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for a larger family or group. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"Can’t really go wrong with this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, very well organised. I had a top floor room (405) and had a balcony that faced the sea and the pool. AC was broken at first but the maintenance staff were so quick to repair it, didn’t even need to ask twice. The Nepali maintenance man made my stay absolutely perfect and deserves a raise as every time I saw him, he was working so hard and determined to do a good job at everything he put his mind to. Be sure to keep the AC on when you’re not in the room though, else you’d be greeted with a boiling hot room on your return. The receptionists at first left a really bad impression: they couldn’t offer any advice on things to see (one instead suggesting I use Google rather than asking her). However, that same receptionist turned out to really care about her job after she scoured every room looking to return a lost phone to the rightful owner. So they do care, they’re just curt and not enthusiastic about being there. Location is quite bad unless you want to be away from everything. It’s not actually in St Paul’s Bat proper, but rather in Xemxija, a small suburb on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay. Still, plenty restaurants; a few shops; a fresh fruit market. We had everything we needed and didn’t mind the quiet."
