"I was there for 6 days and for the 6 days was the same 2 choice of breakfast and wasn’t good at all! The property wasn’t as clean garbage in some areas. I had to call front desk to inquire in why didn’t my room get cleaned for two days there response was that the hotel was completely booked and few staff. And when I asked for at least towels they said I had to go get them mind you a fall out and they couldn’t assist. Don’t like the hotel at all especially for the price !!!"

"I had a family stay 5 days and The hotel and rooms need alot of maintenance, ice machines were not working, restrooms are very old, shower definitely needs to be updated this hotel needs alot of upgrades the door to enter our room kept on getting locked and hard to open. The room itself had an old odo. It is by the freeway so keep that in mind it is very loud if you open the balcony door. AC needs also maintenance made alot of loud noise I give it a 2 star hotel. But What really made our stay better was the personnel Mr. Jorge from housekeeping was very helpful bringing us ice from a first floor machine also the food was excellent breakfast 10/10 with Mr. Martin making delicious omelettes and making our stay very pleasant and welcoming every morning."

"I was put in a corner room. So hot water took longer to get hot, as well as taking too much time for the air conditioning to circulate thru the room. Also wasn’t a fan of having to pay to park as hotels in area right next to this particular property don’t charge to park."

"Not a fan of the new check-in kiosk, I’m a frequent visitor, and I have made friendly relationships with some of the ladies behind the counter, and I don’t like being told that I “have” to use the new kiosk when there are two people sitting behind the counter."
