Great location within easy walking distance of the train station, bike rentals and Opera house. Staff were polite and friendly and informative. Breakfast was superb, very fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and very wide choice of both traditional and continental foods

This hotel is very close to all things that a tourist would want to visit. It's a 5 minute walk to the Castle and central station. There is a mall and other shops around. Easy access to busses. The area has many good options near by. The staff are soooo helpful! The only downside is the hotel is very dark and seems older in the halls and rooms. My room was very dusty!

Cold room and unable to regulate temperature. Breakfast resevartion did not work even though it was included in the price, so no breakfast. Cleaning staff disturbing several times hours before check out almost harrasing one to leave. One star for the smiling reception worker, that’s it.

"Familjerummet" slitet, ofräscht och stämde inte med bilder och beskrivning. Litet och 4 sovplatser var 2 enkelsängar och en bäddfåtölj. Bäddfåtöljen extremt obekväm pga tunn madras. Strumpor blev grå efter att man gått i rummet. Frukost(tillägg numera) klart ok även om vanlig prinskorv är borta liksom bacon(ersatt av stekt skivad skinka)

Väldigt tillmötesgående personal vid incheckning som bytte vårt rum till ett hundvänligt utan problem. God frukost och trevlig personal. Enda minus var att det inte fanns kaffe och te på rummet utan man fick betala för det i receptionen, men det var ju bara en petitess.
