"The hotel is quite unique and offers a special experience thanks to its character. Its a 200 year old building , well maintained that makes the guests feel like they are in Epoch Rennaisance. The hotel owners are very friendly and kind. We stayed 2 nights in a room with two double beds. We would recommend to put some mosquito net on the windows so there are no insects coming in the room. The pool area is also nice and cosy. The area and surroundings are quiet which was expected as it is French...

"The restaurant attached to the lobby was excellent. The staff was attentive and food was limited in choice but excellent quality and well prepared. Would definitely make this a stop on the drive..!!"

"The hotel and room are old fashion style but very comfortable and the swimming pool and wellness are a good relaxation moment"

"The hotel has been renovated and it's still on the way of being done: new parking and wellness area are the next target. New owners who seems decided to improve the old hotel. Rooms are modern arranged, lobby and corridors too, the place is clean. Rooms on the street side are quite noisy due to heavy traffic passage (main road, roudabout passing by the city)."

"Simpelthen det meste slidte hotel, køleskab med vandflasker fra tidligere beboere. Kogekande, hertil hørende 3 stykker sukker og et tebrev uden indpakning… intet andet… Meget lille udvalg af morgenmad, klistrede plastikduge, beskidt bestik og service… Der skal vi ikke hen igen"

"We had a long trip to get to the hotel and need to phone to say we were still arriving which was not a problem. A comfortable clean hotel with helpful staff. The hotel is by a pond with a decking area. There is plenty of parking which is shared with another hotel and a pizzeria. This is a good based for the Vosges mountains."
