"The staff gave a friendly welcome. The accomodation was good but a little of a squeeze with 4 people in a room but still fine and seperate beds for children was good (they didn't need to share one single sofa bed). Parts of the room had been updated (e.g. bathroom) some parts a little tired. I'd describe the food as either good or very good. Very nice breakfasts with good fruit. "They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. Also, the spa and spa team were five stars. Our family had a great holiday, largely thanks to the hard working and friendly hotel staff."

"More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"We are really happy we chose this hotel. Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day. Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon. The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell. Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing...

"Clean, quiet and value for money "

"Hotel is in a good position. Had an apartment which was a good size, bathroom was an odd layout though and needed a good clean around the shower. Pizzeria restaurant was the best out fo the choice, good variety, and good quality. Pool's were great as was the water park."

"Hotel was halfway closed and only 2 of the adult pools were available. Tennis court was closed and mini golf course tired like the rest of the hotel. Food was not satisfying, but eatable. Not to recommend!"
