I’m so glad I trusted my own instincts because this hotel exceeded all my expectations!The views are absolutely breathtaking, almost too beautiful to be real! ❤️ I stayed in a villa with a private pool, and it was pure paradise. The privacy, peaceful atmosphere, and stunning surroundings made every single day feel magical.What made my stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Katarina ❤️Your kindness, warmth, patience, and genuine care made my holiday truly unforgettable. You went above and beyond, and I cannot thank you enough. You are an absolute treasure and a credit to this hotel! Thank you also to the entire wonderful team.One little tip: the hotel is on a very steep hillside. The town isn’t far, but walking back uphill is challenging, so having a car is helpful.I can only speak for my villa with a private pool, but it was honestly one of the best holiday experiences.True five-star luxury isn’t just about modern interiors. It’s about how a place makes you feel. And this place made me feel peaceful, happy, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.Some places are beautiful, but others leave a lasting impression on your heart. "The staff was excellent. We really like our pool view room (quiet). The included breakfast was good. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The internet is poor and the tv channels don’t have many (news outlets only) English options."

"Amazing property, felt very high end but still authentic. The staff is very nice and ready to help. The room was comfy and always beach/pool sunbeds available. The breakfast is amazing 10/10 we looked forward to it every day. The onsite reasturants and drinks were over priced for what you got (but the dinner buffet also 10/10 at 45 euros per person). If you are travelling with a baby they have lots of high chairs at all eating places. The only thing I would say is the pool is deep (for kid swimming) and also if you are not travelling with kids this place is packed with young families (great for us, but if I was on a romantic getaway I would choose adult only resort), the town of Malia is walkable about 25 mins - only 5 min drive. But the town is geared to young clubbers and strip joints… BUT the “old town” is cute and small and has good restaurants, so I would just go into old town to dine out. The beach is nice but more rustic/with large rocks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend."
