"The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains)."

"Mi experiencia fue muy buena. El personal fue muy amable y atento desde el primer momento. Me entregaron la habitación rápidamente al llegar y durante toda la estadía se aseguraron de mantenerla limpia todos los días, además de reponer las toallas y todo lo necesario. Siempre que necesité ayuda o tuve alguna pregunta, respondieron con rapidez, y en todo momento había personal disponible en el lobby. La estructura del hotel es un poco antigua, pero está bien cuidada. Su excelente ubicación, la limpieza y la comodidad de las habitaciones hicieron que mi estadía fuera muy agradable. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí."
