Horrible hotel

This was one of the worst hotels we've been too. The pictures of hotel rooms here are much better from what u get. Technically it should be rated as a Hostel! We had booked the hotel 4 months in advance for 3 people, and we got a room that had 2 single beds, and a sofa bed. The owner said "Other rooms are booked now". The shower head wasnt working (until we asked them to fix it) and had no warm water. There was no soap in the washroom. And they'd not change the towels or bed sheets every day. The hotel is also far from Heraklion city centre.

Wir kamen spät am Abend an und bekamen dann eher ein schlechtes Zimmer. Es war kalt, Küche nicht zu gebrauchen, Sehr eng. 2 Betten waren im Essbereich in der Küche. Betten waren schlecht. Der Vermieter war jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war ja auch nur für 1 Nacht. Die Bewertung von 5 scheint uns jedoch etwas hoch zu sein. Deshalb haben wir nämlich das Zimmer gewählt.

Hotel un peu viellot personnel sympa

L hotel est bien situer plage a 100m mais pas tres jolie. La musique diffuser par l hotel toute la journée est parfois derangeante les chambres disposent d un confort moyen, eviter absolument celle du dernier etage minuscule personnel tres sympa et a l écoute
