"I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room. "We are from Canada and stayed at Hotel A9 in Barnala for several weeks. Would highly recommend or overseas customers looking for a nice place to stay while in India. The hotel staff were accommodating , the place was clean and service was at international levels. Breakfast was included in our stay and the servers were pleasant and extremely helpful."
