"This place is worth every penny just for the buffet breakfast. So delicious, so many choices. Excellent service and attention from the staff. Hot coffee. Beautiful location on a wide stretch of beach. Small rooms but comfortable and they have what you need (including decent quality shampoo and conditioner). Maybe ask for an upstairs room so you won't hear kids stomping across your ceiling...that would be my only minor complaint. "

I had a tour before having to check in and I was able to leave my bags in my room a little early and she even offered me use of their paddle boards/kayaks. "

"Very limited services and lack of respect for check-out. My stay at Hotel Hacienda Suites Loreto was disappointing. There is no internet in the rooms, no safe, and no mini fridge. The parking lot is separated from the hotel, requiring guests to cross a street to access it. The television had no cable, which greatly limits entertainment options. The most upsetting issue was that they did not honor the check-out time stated in my Hotels.com reservation (1:00 pm). The staff insisted I leave the room at 12:00 pm, which I consider disrespectful to the customer. Overall, the hotel provides a mediocre experience and fails to deliver basic services that one would expect at this level of accommodation."

"Property exceeded expectations. The home is well maintained and beautiful. The bed is on the firmer side but comfortable one the less. The bathrooms are also clean. The only criticism I have is that the towels have seen better days and should be replaced with newer ones. I found myself using the beach towels for bathing instead because they were newer and less scratchy. The community is safe, secure and feels like a neighborhood. There's shops, restaurants and even a library. The pool, which is literally around the corner, is perfect for kids and well kept. Security is constantly patrolling. I recommend the Le Bistro, a French bistrl that serves freshly baked croissants and baguettes every morning. I would highly recommend this property - and Loreto for that matter. "
