"The hotel and its location was really nice. Very close to the beach and you can carry your beach loungers from the hotel to the beach. My biggest issue is with the front desk. Very poor when it comes to being friendly and helpful. For a hotel reception, my recommendation is for the staff to be trained to be polite, nice and helpful."

"Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft kein Deutsches Fernsehen und auch kein Radio. Wir hatten leider eine Badewanne die sehr rutschig war und somit das ein und aussteigen erschwere. Das Personal spricht wenig Deutsch und einige noch nicht einmal Englisch. Wir hatten ein Apartment und haben uns selbst versorgt die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt bedingt durch Corona nur noch auf Wunsch und gegen Bezahlung. Handtücher usw. werden jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima.
