The hotel is very clean and suprisingly quiet for the area. Being central, it is an easy walk to explore the entire island.

Great if you want to experience Malé city. Very small, but from my experience everything is in central Malé. Very clean and great staff, lots of food and shops around. The cabs wont be able to take you right to the hotel as the street is too small but the whole city is very walkable.

Ideal when in Malé

Place is fine. Clean and quiet up there on the 7’th floor, away from all the traffic and noise. Staff was kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Property is for transient only. If you are going to and from airport. But for tourist. Good for. 1day only for half day walking tour in Male. The Maldives vacation should be in Atoll and not in the main city.

The staff and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. The location of the property was in a poorly accessible place for walking and for cabs. We had to walk quite a distance down a very narrow street with four pieces of luggage when we were dropped off from the airport. Transportation to the airport was better and worked out by the hotel.

Recently had a one night stay at Octave before heading to the islands. Service was fantastic. Communication from the staff before arriving was great. They organised a staff member to be available for check in post their normal staffed hours as we arrived very late. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. All staff were very friendly and provided great advice on what was in the area. Would highly recommend if staying in Male :)

This is a nice hotel--cozy--that makes great use of the available space. The rooms were efficient and clean! Fridge w/mini bar, AC w/remote, overhead fan, drinking water, stool and desk. The shower pressure and temperature was so so but the bathroom was immaculately clean and in excellent repair, despite the semi-antique asthetic. The lobby is tight but nice. Hot and cold drinks are available. Also, there's an extensive menu for room service. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try anything. The absolute best part of my stay was Ismail! He was in touch with me very quickly after I made my reservation; personally guided me through check in; and, had endless suggestions of eateries, boat schedules and activities. You're guaranteed to not find a more courteous, proud and knowledgeable hotel manager! A complete breathe of fresh air compared to staff of other hotels I've been to across Asia this year. I'd definitely like to return here in the future!

loved the entire experience. The owner/manager went waaayyyy out of his way to help our large group. He set us up with a ferry ride for a day trip. He drove us at 5am to the airport one group at a time. I think he made 4 or 5 trips. amazing!!

great property. staff were nice, very helpful. i like it was located in the middle of the island. everything is walking distance. no taxi needed, only for the airport. i definitely recommend staying here if your passing through for a night . this side of the island was very local if that’s what you like…. everyone speaks english, including the stores and restaurants we visited there. i would definitely stay there again… staff were sooooo helpful. they gave us a ride to the airport, and they arranged my seaplane for my next hotel which was at you and me resort…

This property was very much misrepresented. It was stationed on a corner with a lot of street traffic (foot & mopeds). The rooms were very on the same floor, where shoes were located outside the door. The atrium picture or the rooms are not true to the picture. We had to move to another hotel. I would like a full refund.

My bad experience in the hotel was when I couldn’t flash in toilet due to flasher issue. The receptionist behaviour was like a deceptive person. They offered me a room without attached toilet which wasn't mention in there website.

I specifically called the hotel to inform them that I will arrive after 10 pm - they didn't bother telling me that they are not available to check me in after 10 pm and that I will need to call them! I didn't have access to a phone to do that, and it took them a long time to arrive even after I managed to call them.

Clean room with AC, friendly service, quite noisy at night but the whole city is alway loud. The location is really central in the city but quite a way from the ferry by food. The bathroom is not directly in the room and shared with the floor. Was no problem and quite clean.

Hotellin vastaanottovirkailija on todella epäystävällinen. Tässä hotellissa ei ole äänieristystä. Huoneen taso ja yöpymisen hinta eivät kohtaa. Hotellihuoneen ilmastointilaite toimi vain auttavasti. Meillä oli tunne ettemme ole tervetulleita Malediiveille. Hotelli sijaitsee keskellä kaoottista kaupunkia ja heti ulos astuessa on vaara joutua liikenneonnettomuuteen. Meidän ei ollut mahdollista tulla hotellille ja lähteä hotellilta taksilla, koska alue on täynnä mopoja ja skoottereita. Meidän oli käveltävä parisataa metriä isommalle kadulle taksin luo.

清潔さ等はきちんとしており、良かったです。 ただ、20時に管理人さんが家に帰ってホテルの入り口がロックされてしまうので、フライトの関係で20時以降にチェックインする時は頭に入れといた方がいいです(管理人さんに電話して来てもらう必要あり)。
