"As advertised, this hotel doubles as an art museum. The decorations are jaw-dropping. Our room was comfortable, with good A/C and shower. The staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff answered our questions and helped us arrange a Mount Bromo tour, and even greeted us by name whenever we passed. "It is 3 star hotel and don’t expect more. Our stay was just ok. The room is big but needs to be clean and repainted. Too many black spots on the wall. At 6am some loud music start playing in the hotel. this is Saturday morning…guests wants to rest. The breakfast is not really good. We arrived around 8:30am and everything is already dirty and cold. All our food, expect the omelette was cold. "

"The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay."
