"It’s an old motel but it’s very clean, not updated but all the necessities are there and location wise it’s perfect for the Guadeloupe mountains and calsbad caverns national parks. Staff is very helpful"

"The breakfast was okay but the staff were awful. I was never greeted or asked how my stay was going. The pool was like a swamp, green and smelly. The rooms were fine though. Clean and comfortable. It wasn't the worst but definitely wouldn't go back again "

"Nice newer clean hotel with larger rooms & bathrooms than is standard. Decent free hot breakfast. Coin operated laundry available. Right on the main strip but at end closest to Carlsbad Caverns. Friendly staff made our check-in & out quick and easy."

"The room was not cleaned. Floors were not vacuumed or swept, windowsill had a lot of red dirt, mirror was spotty, there was food take-out containers in the cabinet, and it didn’t look like the toilet had been clean. The sheets and towels appeared fresh, and the garbages were emptied. "

"Front staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was just not very good. I had stains all over the walls, the toilet always took 2 flushes to actually flush, my towels had stains and hairs on them, the walls are super thin so you hear everything happening next door, and my door would not stay shut. I had to use the deadbolt to get it to stay shut"

"Absolutely loved staying here! The breakfast is legit, the fitness center was really good, and the staff was awesome. My only negatives, and they are minor….the fan inside of the AC unit was all kinds of loud and squeaky, and one hand towel had some sort of like blood stain on it. Otherwise, I’d absolutely stay again"
