I also took advantage of the spa, which was calming, pristine, and exactly what you want after wandering Prague’s cobbled streets all day. "The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again"
