The issue I had was I had an employee who randomly entered my room around midnight without knocking or anything. The hotel claimed that he came to the wrong room but it’s unacceptable when an employee comes into the room with a Do Not Disturb sign at midnight and without knocking. The hotel did make it up to us by upgrading our room to a suite but this experience left a bit of a scar in our experience
