L’hôtel est vétuste. Les chambres sont sales, sentent mauvais et sont très mal insonorisées. L’environnement est extrêmement bruyant avec une circulation constante, des klaxons et des bruits de moteurs de cars et de voitures. Même avec des boules Quies j’étais réveillé en pleine nuit (les klaxons sont extrêmement puissants là-bas, et parfois en continu à cause de la circulation). Des employés et des clients fument dans les escaliers, l’odeur de cigarette pénètre jusque dans la chambre. Il n’y a eu aucun service de chambre : j’ai dû demandé le changement des serviettes. J’ai demandé le ramassage des ordures, qui n’a jamais été fait (10 jours avec les ordures dans la chambres). Il reste néanmoins assez proche du masjid al-Haram à environ 15 minutes de marche de l’entrée Ajyad. Attention au monde, il faut sortir en avance. En marchant vite, je sortais environ 30 minutes avant les Salat pour pouvoir trouver une place. Le personnel de la réception est plutôt sympathique. Personnellement, je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Je ne l’ai pas apprécié. Il s’agit de mon expérience personnelle.
