Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and each visit has been great. I will only stay at this hotel when I go for Ummrah. Staff is outstanding to meet your every need, it is a 2 minute walk to the kaba, and the food is delicious.

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel
Rooms and furniture are outdated, WiFi is very slow. Did not meet expected Fairmont standards.
