"I checked in at around just after 2pm yesterday, there was rubbish left in both bins from the previous person who had stayed there, 3 out of 5 light switches didn't even work & even after complaining apparently nothing could be done. "
"This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. A lovely continental breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful and very helpful.

"Although the building needs some renovations the bed, bedding, towels and supplies were good. Easy self check in and friendly manager greeted us. Locality was short walk to shops and the excellent Maitland City Club."

I would stay there again. It’s not a new motel, but the beds are very comfortable and the showers are hot with great water pressure. Everything you need is supplied. Great and economical choice

"Fabulous stay. From the first welcome by Natalie in reception to the size and comfort of the room, everything was fantastic. A big surprise was that our room was being checked to ensure all clean and ready for our stay when we arrived, not seen that before.
Bed is super comfy with plenty of room to move around. Microwave and the addition of a toaster in the room made it a very convenient stay. Would certainly come back again if in the area and it’s a much nicer place to stay than our previous stays in Maitland itself. I highly recommend this accommodation."
"We really appreciated having space for our family. The layout - a queen and single in one room, and two singles in the other, worked well for our small children. Even though it was motel style, there was room for a table and chairs for dinner, and space for the kids to play. Parking outside the room was perfect. A good location, with Heatherbrae Pies across the road an easy breakfast spot."
