"I rarely give scathing reviews, but our trip included harassement from the hotel manager and I want to make sure our experience doesn't go unnoticed. The booking was a work trip for my husband. At the hotel the heating was broken (mid-November) and the hotel manager put a small space heater to "solve the problem". We asked for a different solution or to be moved to a different hotel. "The place was really clean. I did not have breakfast. I had a couple of questions in the morning but the desk is not continually staffed nor is the a bell. The location is pretty far from historic center and the shower was an open space where everything gets wet."
