"The room was acceptable, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the very slow service.
When we arrived, we were only asked to write down our names and then had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour before we were allowed into our room. If my child had not complained about the long wait, I don’t think the staff would have taken action.
The breakfast service was also very slow. We were told breakfast would start at 7:00 AM, but food was not served until around 7:30 AM. This can be a major inconvenience for guests who have early travel plans.
The room itself was okay, but the bathroom needs improvement and was not in the best condition"
