"I didn't expect much from this hotel other than being close to the airport and clean. The check-in clerk was super insistent that it was a non-smoking room, but as soon as we went in our room it smelled like someone had hot boxed a pack of Marlboros about 12 seconds before we got there. We were too tired to care so we opened a window and went to sleep. The next day I went to the front desk to ask for some air freshener for the room. The new clerk gave me the 3rd degree about why I didn't report...
