"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. "We really enjoyed our one night stay at the Originals boutique Hotel. The staff helped us find the parking spot. They also told us about the illuminations each night on 21 various important building around Chartres. The most impressive are the projections on the front of the Cathedral. People were applauding at the end, it was so good. It's free to watch but there is a tourist train that will take you on a 45 min trip the town to see all the illuminations for 9€. I would definitely stay here again, breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right across from the train station. One thing to note there isn't an elevator, but the staff offered to help with bags."
