Shower curtain ripped and a wasp nest in the window that we asked the staff to take care of - they didn’t. Beyond that…..a great hotel. Will stay there again.

Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, but street noise is awful. Toilet is horribly noisy as well and no shelf in toilet area to put anything. Having to pay for parking was an unpleasant surprise. Would not stay here again and as a travel agent, would not recommend this hotel to clients.

Was given a handicap room- asked to switch. Couldn’t. Bathroom sink was very small, hard to get ready. Shower was handicap accessible so incredibly small because there was a built in chair. The room had no hot water so had to shower in an a different room.
