"It's a lovely place, but they really need to consider 'comfort' for the guest. The beds are really hard, you can feel and see the springs of the mattress. A real hard night's sleep! Nowhere in the hotel is there anything soft and comfortable to sit on! The restaurants have hard chairs, the deck chairs by the pool are all hard. So you leave with a sore backside and back problems! The food though, was lovely! The owners need to travel outside of Italy and get to see how other hotels cater their...

"Cette hotel est fermé. Nous nous sommes rivé sur une porte close. J'ai ete facture pour se service. J'ai discuté avec 2 personnes au service a la clientele le 25 septembre (dont Dalia) qui m'ont dit que je Hotel devrait me rembourser dans les 72 heures. Je n'ai toujours pas ete remboursé."

"We booked into Residence Pietre Bianche for 4 nights and so glad we did. Our apartment was on the top floor (2nd floor) and had amazing views over the water especially the magnificent sunsets. We were very comfortable a large comfortable double bed and a single fold out sofa bed. We didn’t bother cooking as we opted for half board at the fabulous onsite Me Restaurant. Food was really good. "Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."
