This resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the food to the property to the staff everything was top tier. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The most amazing resort. Quiet and peaceful, great pools, bars, food. Most comfortable bed we’ve found in a hotel for a long time! Being north of the airport avoid all that traffic chaos that Phuket is known for.

We had a great time for four nights at the resort. Rooms were clean. Staff was highly courteous! The facilities were awesome. Breakfast items were too many to choose from and were prepared fresh. Ambience was extraordinary. I would recommend this place to whoever is visiting Phuket. 10/10 for the pleasure of staying here.

Very nice property. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Great pool and right on the ocean. Bikes were available however, there wasn't anything in walking distance. Taxi stand was right across the street. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay. We had a very nice, clean room with pool access. The beach is narrow and only mats for sitting but the pool has plenty of seating and a decent amount of shade.

We stayed as a family of four in the family suite. And although the hotel offers and promotes a child friendly hotel, I assure you it is not. Pros: The hotel room was always clean, spacious and very nice. The ocean was very close. Cons: 1) The food options was extremely limited and mediocre. The Beach Grill had lukewarm wine and worse then fast food lunch. And the restaurant in the hotel was meh, overpriced for what you are offered. 2) The pool was freezing, unsafe and dirty. My son and I slipped on the black tile surrounding the pool at least 4 times. Not sure why you would have slippery tile surrounding all the pools. Almost no one was swimming the two days we tried the pool. Overall its not a hotel i would book for a family, the staff at times were friendly and at times not. In a location that has limited activities, entertainment and good food, id say its not a worth hotel to stay at.

Excellent service and cleanliness

I stayed here for 3 nights after sailing for two weeks out of Yacht Haven Marina. The resort is very well kept, clean and super comfortable. The bar staff are excellent and friendly. Kin and Matt are excellent managers. Very kid-friendly. Good energy relative to other resorts I have been to in the area. Close to the airport and the marina; about an hour taxi to Patong (the party town of the island).

Loved my stay here!! It is a long drive from the main area of Phuket but it's exactly what I was looking for. A short ride from the airport and a beautiful resort to enjoy the pool and amenities. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing babymoon stay at Le Meridien. All the staff are always friendly and smiling. Food was great - both breakfast and room service. Area is quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic getaway with Le Meridien.

lovely modern hotel with wonderful pools perfect place for younger kids - kids club is amazing!!It is very quiet which is great for relaxing and plenty of space at dinner and around the pool but very limited option to dine and no entertainment at night also not close to anywhere to walk to so need to keep that in mind. Was perfect for what we were after though :)

The staff is very friendly, the environment is very clean. The staff is very kind, the local area is very kind. The taxi stand also very helpful in explaining how it works with one and way two way trips. The breakfast Buffett is fantastic, one of the best a hotel has to offer.

Several restaurants with Mediterranean and Thai specialties and restaurants available. I advise everyone who wants to come and spend their vacation whether with children or as a couple. so incredible and beautiful the hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Le Méridien, we were treated with a level of care and attention that far exceeded our expectations. Celebrating our anniversary, we were welcomed with a delightful surprise: a beautifully arranged bouquet and a decadent cake waiting in our room—an incredibly thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our stay. The staff throughout the resort were truly exceptional. They consistently went out of their way to accommodate us, always anticipating our needs with grace and warmth. The children’s staff made our son feel instantly at home, creating a magical and safe environment in the play area that he looked forward to each day. Each morning at breakfast, the staff recognized us immediately and brought over our usual drinks before we even asked. The attention to detail was remarkable. On several occasions, both the manager and the chef personally greeted us, checking in and offering well wishes—especially touching on our final day.

We loved our stay! The resort was newer, and on a beautiful and quiet beach, and the service was exceptional! The staff was very attentive. We use the spa twice and it was amazing! Special shout out to Mon and Koi at the spa! Restaurant food was very good with a lot of options. We did not do the meal plan due to the limited menu choices for dinner. The regular menu has a lot of options. The resort is close to the airport and away from the busy part of town. However there isn’t much in the immediate area and nothing is walkable. Our room was exceptional!! It’s big with all amenities. There are some quiet shady areas to sit near the beach but space fills up quickly. Beach is great for swimming and lounging. Pools are nice too although we had our own pool, which was great too! A big thanks to the staff. They were all SO nice and accommodating.
