"Upon arrival, Jenny at the front desk was so sweet and decided to upgrade me. It was a wonderful surprise. I have stayed here before and I find it very nice and perfectly located for my needs"

"Only one elevator was working all week which led to 20 minute wait times to leave or return from our room on the 18th floor. There was no ability to control the thermostat in the room and the windows only open a crack. The room was stuffy and hot which made it difficult to sleep. One the 2 mattresses in the room was caving in on one side and very uncomfortable. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Central Park, theatres and Times Square. "
