"My experience at this Hilton was below expectations, especially for the brand standard.
I arrived late on Friday and the front desk service was not welcoming. The room was smaller than expected and, more importantly, not as clean as it should be—particularly the bathroom and shower.
We had four people in the room but were only provided with three towels. When we requested additional towels and extra blankets, we were told there were no extra blankets available, which is surprising for a hotel of this level.
If you’re traveling with kids, plan ahead—basic accommodations may be limited.
Breakfast was underwhelming. While the omelet was good, the overall selection was very limited. Being charged extra for something as simple as toast felt unnecessary and detracted from the experience. Additionally, bottled water in the room was priced at $3, which adds to the perception of nickel-and-diming.
Despite requesting a quiet room, noise was a consistent issue.
Overall, the experience did not align with what I would expect from a Hilton property."
