"We booked the Kondari Hotel at the last minute to stay the night on our way driving down to Brisbane from Airlie Beach. We had been driving for around nine hours so we’re so relieved to be able to check into somewhere for the night. We called and told them that we would be checking in around 9pm later than the 7pm reception closing time. This was not a problem at all, and they just told me to go to the Bar to check in. The staff were lovely, the room was amazing and spacious and I think newly renovated in a lovely style. I would highly recommend Kondari Hotel to anyone that needs accommodation in the Hervey Bay Area"

"Staff were very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. Great location. The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings. The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair price and tasty!!"

"Hotel was amazing, the view was spectacular!! The room itself though had a few items that needed fixing like the sliding door to the main room was broken, the sliding door to the lounge was extremely difficult to slide and the ensuite was very rough and had broken splatter rail and tiles throughout tho none of this spoilt the stay it would just be nice of the owners fixed this as they are renting a penthouse so it needs to be penthouse standard. "
