"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all. For the price they charge, the quality and service are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed. There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and towel replenishment were promptly provided upon request. A couple of things to be aware of: the room can get quite chilly at night during the Indian winter as there is no heating, so I’d recommend bringing warm clothing. The geyser (water tank) was quite small, which meant there wasn’t enough hot water for a proper shower. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, and when used in the reception area it was very slow. Overall, it was still a comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and I would definitely consider coming back."

"Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. "
